{"id":9444,"date":"2025-12-22T11:00:20","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T14:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/trituraran-y-fundiran-casi-11-mil-materiales-controlados-en-el-renar\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T11:00:20","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T14:00:20","slug":"trituraran-y-fundiran-casi-11-mil-materiales-controlados-en-el-renar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/trituraran-y-fundiran-casi-11-mil-materiales-controlados-en-el-renar\/","title":{"rendered":"Triturar\u00e1n y fundir\u00e1n casi 11 mil materiales controlados en el RENAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 22 diciembre (NA) \u2013 Casi 11 mil materiales controlados, entre ellos armas, ser\u00e1n triturados y fundidos en el Registro Nacional de Armas (RENAR) tras una disposici\u00f3n por parte del Director Ejecutivo, Juan Pablo Allan.<\/p>\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n 52\/2025, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, destaca que 10.995 materiales controlados ser\u00e1n triturados y fundidos en el marco de la Ley 25.938 de Registro Nacional de Armas de Fuego y Materiales Controlados, Secuestrados o Incautados, seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>El art\u00edculo 5 de dicha ley expresa sobre c\u00f3mo es el dep\u00f3sito definitivo: concluida la causa o las actuaciones administrativas, o cuando el estado del tr\u00e1mite lo permita, la autoridad interviniente deber\u00e1 disponer en el m\u00e1s breve plazo, la remisi\u00f3n de los materiales involucrados al Registro Nacional de Armas o al lugar que seg\u00fan la jurisdicci\u00f3n el mismo designe, para su dep\u00f3sito definitivo y ulterior iniciaci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1mites destinados a disponer su destrucci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que el art\u00edculo 7 destaca sobre su decomiso y destrucci\u00f3n: cuando, en virtud de sentencia judicial o resoluci\u00f3n administrativa firme, se hubiere dispuesto el decomiso de los materiales comprendidos, se deber\u00e1 proceder a su destrucci\u00f3n, la que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en el lugar y por los m\u00e9todos que el Registro Nacional de Armas establezca, con conocimiento de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Interior.<\/p>\n<p>En la \u00faltima resoluci\u00f3n dispuesta, indicaron que se deber\u00e1n \u201cdeterminar los m\u00e9todos y procedimientos de destrucci\u00f3n de materiales controlados garantizando su eficacia, eficiencia y sustentabilidad en relaci\u00f3n con el medio ambiente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho procedimiento, aprobado en la Resoluci\u00f3n 2020\/75, determina la forma en que debe llevarse a cabo la destrucci\u00f3n de armas de fuego, estableciendo que \u00e9sta debe incluir las etapas de trituraci\u00f3n y fundici\u00f3n del material involucrado.<\/p>\n<p>Allan indic\u00f3 que se reserva la cantidad de 383 armas de fuego \u2013en raz\u00f3n de contar con pedido de secuestro vigente- y 1.104 materiales controlados \u2013para ser incluidos en un futuro proceso de destrucci\u00f3n-. #AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 22 diciembre (NA) \u2013 Casi 11 mil materiales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":9445,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9444","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
