Buenos Aires, 7 diciembre (NA) — China se prepara para Consolidar a\u00fan m\u00e1s su posici\u00f3n como uno de los l\u00edderes Mundiales en tecnolog\u00eda y desarrollo verde durante el per\u00edodo de su XV Plan Quinquenal, de 2026 a 2030, afirm\u00f3 un experto ruso. En una entrevista reciente con Xinhua (a cuyo servicio est\u00e1 abonada la Agencia Noticias Argentinas), Tlesh Mamakhatov, experto del Instituto de China y Asia Contempor\u00e1nea de la Academia de Ciencias de Rusia, elogi\u00f3 los importantes logros de desarrollo de China durante el XIV Plan Quinquenal, de 2021 a 2025. <\/p>\n

LOS RESULTADOS DEL PLAN<\/p>\n

\u00abComo resultado (del plan), hemos presenciado una transformaci\u00f3n cualitativa de la econom\u00eda china y un progreso significativo en la mejora del nivel y la calidad de vida, as\u00ed como en el desarrollo de los sistemas de educaci\u00f3n, salud y bienestar social\u00bb, afirm\u00f3. Mamakhatov destac\u00f3 cambios sustanciales en la estructura del consumo energ\u00e9tico, se\u00f1alando que el uso de fuentes de energ\u00eda renovables y gas natural aument\u00f3 significativamente, mientras que las emisiones disminuyeron. <\/p>\n

Afirm\u00f3 que se espera que China contin\u00fae con estas tendencias en su XV Plan Quinquenal, ya que el pa\u00eds se comprometi\u00f3 a acelerar la transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica en todos los \u00e1mbitos. La cuarta sesi\u00f3n plenaria del XX Comit\u00e9 Central del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh), celebrada en octubre, deliber\u00f3 y adopt\u00f3 las recomendaciones del Comit\u00e9 Central del PCCh para la formulaci\u00f3n del XV Plan Quinquenal. <\/p>\n

\u00abEsto fortalecer\u00e1 la posici\u00f3n de China como uno de los l\u00edderes mundiales en la carrera tecnol\u00f3gica \u2014en alta tecnolog\u00eda, inteligencia artificial\u2014 y desarrollo ecol\u00f3gico\u00bb, afirm\u00f3, refiri\u00e9ndose al \u00e9nfasis en el desarrollo de alta calidad y la fortaleza cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica en las recomendaciones para el XV Plan Quinquenal.
