{"id":8356,"date":"2025-12-01T10:59:52","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T13:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/pilar-aprobaron-el-presupuesto-2026-enfocado-en-salud-educacion-e-infraestructura\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T10:59:52","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T13:59:52","slug":"pilar-aprobaron-el-presupuesto-2026-enfocado-en-salud-educacion-e-infraestructura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/pilar-aprobaron-el-presupuesto-2026-enfocado-en-salud-educacion-e-infraestructura\/","title":{"rendered":"Pilar: aprobaron el Presupuesto 2026 enfocado en salud, educaci\u00f3n e infraestructura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 1 diciembre (NA) \u2013 El Concejo Deliberante de Pilar aprob\u00f3 el Presupuesto 2026 y la ordenanza fiscal e impositiva enviadas por el intendente Federico Ach\u00e1val, que contemplan un c\u00e1lculo de gastos y recursos de 488 mil millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>El esquema asigna un 26% de los fondos a salud, un 9% a educaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s de un 20% a infraestructura y servicios p\u00fablicos, y cerca de un 15% tanto a desarrollo social como a seguridad, lo que consolida el perfil de \u201cEstado presente\u201d que el Ejecutivo local busca mostrar en el distrito.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, durante el debate, el oficialismo defendi\u00f3 que el proyecto prioriza la continuidad de obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n, la ampliaci\u00f3n de la red sanitaria y la expansi\u00f3n de la oferta educativa, incluyendo nuevas escuelas, aulas y el fortalecimiento de la Universidad Nacional de Pilar. <\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se destac\u00f3 la incorporaci\u00f3n de patrulleros, c\u00e1maras y lectores de patentes en distintos barrios, en l\u00ednea con la expansi\u00f3n del sistema de seguridad municipal.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de recursos, la ordenanza fiscal 2026 mantiene la estructura de tasas vigente, con tributos como la Tasa de Seguridad e Higiene (TISH) y la Tasa de Servicios Generales (TSG) que conservan sus al\u00edcuotas actuales, aunque prev\u00e9n actualizaciones atadas a la inflaci\u00f3n.
