{"id":8336,"date":"2025-12-01T09:59:51","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T12:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/causa-andis-indagan-al-numero-dos-de-daniel-garbellini\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T09:59:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T12:59:51","slug":"causa-andis-indagan-al-numero-dos-de-daniel-garbellini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/causa-andis-indagan-al-numero-dos-de-daniel-garbellini\/","title":{"rendered":"Causa ANDIS: indagan al n\u00famero dos de Daniel Garbellini"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 1 diciembre (NA) \u2013 El juez Sebasti\u00e1n Casanello y el Fiscal Franco Picardi, indagar\u00e1n este mediod\u00eda al coordinador de Gesti\u00f3n de Urgencias de la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS), Roger Edgar Grant, se\u00f1alado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico como una pieza operativa central dentro de la maniobra delictiva investigada por presuntas irregularidades en las compulsas de precios y contrataciones del organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el dictamen fiscal, Grant actuaba como ejecutor directo de las \u00f3rdenes impartidas por el entonces titular de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Acceso a los Servicios de Salud, Daniel Mar\u00eda Garbellini, interviniendo en el armado de compulsas, habilitaci\u00f3n de proveedores y manipulaci\u00f3n de los tiempos del sistema SIIPFIS, en coordinaci\u00f3n con operadores externos vinculados al sector privado.<\/p>\n<p>La imputaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que Grant \u201cllev\u00f3 adelante compulsas\u201d, cumpli\u00f3 instrucciones precisas de Garbellini y particip\u00f3 en un esquema de consultas y decisiones articuladas con otros funcionarios para favorecer a un conjunto reducido de droguer\u00edas, incluso quedando registrado en documentaci\u00f3n secuestrada a uno de los presuntos organizadores de la maniobra.<\/p>\n<p>La fiscal\u00eda destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s, que su nombre aparece asociado a comunicaciones internas que evidencian la influencia de actores privados sobre su tarea cotidiana dentro de la agencia, reforzando la sospecha de que su rol fue indispensable para la ejecuci\u00f3n administrativa del esquema investigado.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta ahora 5 de los 15 indagados evitaron responder preguntas del juez y el fiscal.
