La Fiscal\u00eda de Cibercrimen imput\u00f3 a siete personas por difundir un bulo que anunciaba la falsa muerte del periodista local Daniel \u00abLa Vaca\u00bb Potenza.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, el delito imputado es el de \u00abamenazas calificadas agravadas por anonimato\u00bb, una figura penal que prev\u00e9 una pena de hasta seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n. La figura se fundamenta en que el anonimato otorga a la acci\u00f3n un grado de peligrosidad mucho m\u00e1s alto, generando un \u00abda\u00f1o irreparable\u00bb a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>PRECEDENTE CONTRA EL ANONIMATO<\/p>\n<p>El abogado querellante, Carlos Nayi, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n es \u00absumamente importante\u00bb porque los magistrados hist\u00f3ricamente se mostraban reacios a avanzar en este tipo de casos debido al vac\u00edo legal.
