Un informe del Indicador de Confianza Empresarial (ICE) del INDEC revel\u00f3 que casi el 97% de las empresas del sector manufacturero descart\u00f3 contratar nuevo personal en el corto plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, la cifra m\u00e1s contundente del relevamiento es que solo el 3,4% de los industriales proyecta ampliar su plantilla entre noviembre y enero. Este dato, incluso menor al registrado en septiembre (3,7%), consolida un panorama de empleo pr\u00e1cticamente paralizado.<\/p>\n<p>EL ESTANCAMIENTO LABORAL<\/p>\n<p>La fotograf\u00eda del empleo industrial para el inicio del verano es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<p> * Sin cambios: El 80,1% de las empresas no proyecta ninguna variaci\u00f3n en su dotaci\u00f3n de personal.<br \/>\n * Despidos: El porcentaje de quienes anticipan despidos se redujo ligeramente, situ\u00e1ndose en el 16,5% (frente al 18% anterior).<br \/>\n * Producci\u00f3n: La actividad productiva tambi\u00e9n se mantiene congelada, con el 64,3% de las firmas sin esperar cambios en el horizonte.<\/p>\n<p>LA PARADOJA DE LA CONFIANZA<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el empleo sigue est\u00e1tico, el \u00edndice de confianza mejor\u00f3 por primera vez en seis meses, situ\u00e1ndose en \u201322,8 puntos en octubre (una leve mejora respecto al \u201323,2 de septiembre). Esta mejor\u00eda est\u00e1 impulsada principalmente por expectativas m\u00e1s favorables respecto a la inflaci\u00f3n y la demanda interna.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, las empresas contin\u00faan priorizando la conservaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1rgenes.
