Buenos Aires, 20 noviembre (NA) — El Poder Ejecutivo Nacional oficializ\u00f3 hoy, mediante el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia 825\/2025, una modificaci\u00f3n a la Ley de Ministerios, con impacto directo en las atribuciones del Ministerio del Interior, a cargo de Diego Santilli y el Ministerio de Seguridad, dirigido por Patricia Bullrich. El decreto lleva la firma del presidente Javier Milei y de todos los integrantes del gabinete nacional<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la medida publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, a la que accedi\u00f3 la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, el Ministerio del Interior a cargo de Diego Santilli asumir\u00e1 nuevas competencias vinculadas al contralor del registro y certificaci\u00f3n de la identidad de las personas humanas, pasando a tener a su cargo el Registro Nacional de las Personas (RENAPER). <\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, se le otorgan funciones en materia de relaciones con el Poder Legislativo Nacional y la conducci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica deportiva nacional.<\/p>\n

DETALLES DE LA REORGANIZACI\u00d3N CON LA LEY DE MINISTERIOS<\/p>\n

El decreto reemplaza y suprime diversos incisos del art\u00edculo 16 y sustituye los art\u00edculos 17 y 22 bis del T\u00edtulo V de la Ley 22.520, estableciendo que el Ministerio del Interior ser\u00e1 responsable de asistir al Presidente en temas de gobierno pol\u00edtico interno, pol\u00edticas de desarrollo deportivo, registro e identificaci\u00f3n de personas, y coordinaci\u00f3n institucional con provincias, municipios y la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n

Entre las nuevas tareas figura la organizaci\u00f3n y control de actos patri\u00f3ticos, efem\u00e9rides y gesti\u00f3n de monumentos, intervenci\u00f3n en cuestiones de aguas interprovinciales, y desarrollo de pol\u00edticas para \u00e1reas y zonas de frontera. El Ministerio tambi\u00e9n intervendr\u00e1 en la protecci\u00f3n, inclusi\u00f3n y defensa de los derechos de comunidades ind\u00edgenas y asumir\u00e1 la asignaci\u00f3n y control de recursos, becas y subvenciones para el deporte.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el Ministerio de Seguridad recibe la funci\u00f3n de asistencia al Presidente en materia de seguridad interior, preservaci\u00f3n de derechos y garant\u00edas, pol\u00edtica migratoria, direcci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n de las fuerzas policiales y de seguridad a nivel nacional, provincial y en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Adem\u00e1s, coordinar\u00e1 acciones ante emergencias, control fronterizo, y aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Manejo del Fuego, as\u00ed como pol\u00edticas migratorias y de asilo para extranjeros.<\/p>\n
