Seg\u00fan la primera versi\u00f3n aportada por el entorno materno, el menor se habr\u00eda ca\u00eddo de una cama y era trasladado para recibir asistencia m\u00e9dica. Sin embargo, tras su ingreso al hospital Papa Francisco y luego de la evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, las lesiones que presentaba generaron sospechas y derivaron en la intervenci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/062026\/1782231582510.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con lo informado,<strong> las primeras evidencias fueron consideradas suficientes para ordenar la detenci\u00f3n de la madre del ni\u00f1o y tambi\u00e9n de su padrastro. <\/strong>La investigaci\u00f3n buscar\u00e1 establecer ahora qu\u00e9 ocurri\u00f3 dentro de la vivienda, cu\u00e1l fue la mec\u00e1nica de las lesiones y si existieron responsabilidades penales en la muerte del menor.<\/p>\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con <strong>Radio Salta, Marta, abuela paterna del ni\u00f1o <\/strong>realiz\u00f3 un doloroso relato y sostuvo que la familia ven\u00eda advirtiendo desde hac\u00eda tiempo sobre la situaci\u00f3n en la que se encontraban el peque\u00f1o y su hermano menor. Seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3, exist\u00edan por lo menos cinco denuncias realizadas ante la Justicia por presuntos descuidos, golpes y maltratos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMi nieto ingres\u00f3 ya sin vida al hospital. Estaba con ellos dos\u201d, sostuvo la mujer, al referirse a la madre del ni\u00f1o y a su pareja. La abuela asegur\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que hac\u00eda tres meses que la familia paterna no pod\u00eda ver al menor porque la madre les habr\u00eda impedido el contacto.<\/p>\n<p>La mujer afirm\u00f3 que el ni\u00f1o \u201cven\u00eda sufriendo maltrato\u201d y que, seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n, la familia hab\u00eda realizado al menos cinco denuncias. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el padre del menor hab\u00eda hecho presentaciones judiciales y que exist\u00eda un contexto familiar complejo, atravesado por medidas de restricci\u00f3n y conflictos previos.<\/p>\n<p>La abuela relat\u00f3 que, cuando reclamaban por el estado en el que se encontraban los chicos, la madre habr\u00eda dejado de permitirles verlos. \u201cA veces estaban sucios, descuidados. Nosotros les llev\u00e1bamos ropa\u201d, expres\u00f3 durante la entrevista.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/062026\/1782231584502.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Otro de los puntos que suma preocupaci\u00f3n es la situaci\u00f3n del hermano menor de la v\u00edctima, un beb\u00e9 de 10 meses que, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 la familia, ya se encuentra judicializado y alojado en un hogar de cuidado. Los familiares paternos pidieron que el ni\u00f1o pueda quedar bajo su guarda, al sostener que ellos ya lo hab\u00edan cuidado anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>La familia tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 el rol de distintos organismos que habr\u00edan intervenido antes del desenlace fatal. <strong>Seg\u00fan la abuela y otros familiares, la Justicia y \u00e1reas de asistencia social ya conoc\u00edan la situaci\u00f3n, por lo que ahora reclaman que se investigue si se tomaron o no las medidas correspondientes para proteger a los menores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSab\u00edan todo esto y nadie hizo nada\u201d, sostuvo una familiar durante la entrevista radial. En ese marco, plantearon que las denuncias previas deber\u00e1n ser revisadas dentro de la causa para determinar qu\u00e9 organismos intervinieron y qu\u00e9 decisiones se adoptaron antes de la muerte del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La causa qued\u00f3 en manos de la Justicia, que deber\u00e1 avanzar con los resultados de la autopsia, los informes m\u00e9dicos, las declaraciones testimoniales y el an\u00e1lisis de las presentaciones realizadas anteriormente por la familia paterna. Tambi\u00e9n se espera que se determine la situaci\u00f3n procesal de la madre y del padrastro, quienes permanecen detenidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, el caso gener\u00f3 una profunda conmoci\u00f3n en la comunidad y volvi\u00f3 a poner en debate la respuesta institucional frente a denuncias por presuntos maltratos contra ni\u00f1os.
