{"id":22464,"date":"2026-06-10T14:00:39","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T17:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/dos-empleados-municipales-del-cpc-barrio-jardin-detenidos\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T14:00:39","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T17:00:39","slug":"dos-empleados-municipales-del-cpc-barrio-jardin-detenidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/dos-empleados-municipales-del-cpc-barrio-jardin-detenidos\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos empleados municipales del CPC barrio Jard\u00edn detenidos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n llevada adelante en la Unidad Judicial Delitos Econ\u00f3micos, bajo la direcci\u00f3n del Fiscal de Instrucci\u00f3n del Distrito 4, personal policial del Departamento Delitos Econ\u00f3micos, realiz\u00f3 cuatro allanamientos sobre viviendas ubicadas en distintos puntos de esta ciudad, en los que se hizo efectiva la detenci\u00f3n de dos empleados municipales jer\u00e1rquicos que prestan servicio el Area de Expedici\u00f3n de Carnet de Conducir del CPC de barrio Jard\u00edn de esta ciudad. La decisi\u00f3n adoptada por el Fiscal de Instrucci\u00f3n a cargo de la investigaci\u00f3n, Ernesto de Arag\u00f3n, estuvo motivada en la evidencia recolectada en esta causa, iniciada por denuncia a comienzos del a\u00f1o pasado, que daba cuenta de la presunta actividad delictiva que los detenidos junto a otras personas habr\u00edan llevado adelante, vinculada a la expedici\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples carnets de conducir de forma irregular. En el marco de la tramitaci\u00f3n de esta causa, ya se hab\u00edan realizado previamente dos allanamientos al CPC referido -donde secuestr\u00f3 y posteriormente analiz\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n vinculada a m\u00e1s de un centenar de tr\u00e1mites de expedici\u00f3n de carnets- y otros 12 procedimientos que tuvieron como objetivo el domicilio de empleados municipales y de personas ajenas a la repartici\u00f3n. Conforme los elementos de prueba reunidos, el Fiscal de Arag\u00f3n dispuso la detenci\u00f3n de los empleados jer\u00e1rquicos referidos, a quienes les atribuye los delitos de Falsedad Ideol\u00f3gica Reiterada y Abuso de autoridad, y se ha\u00a0 ordenado la imputaci\u00f3n de otras personas vinculadas a la repartici\u00f3n y a 14 ciudadanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n llevada adelante en la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":22465,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[13],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-22464","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
