Se trata del historial de infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revistagente.com\/actualidad\/choque-fatal-en-san-vicente-se-conocio-el-resultado-de-la-alcoholemia-del-conductor-detenido\/\">de <strong>Leandro Panetta<\/strong>, el conductor de la Volkswagen Amarok <\/a>acusado de provocar el impacto que termin\u00f3 con la vida de cinco integrantes de una familia.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan trascendi\u00f3, el joven de 28 a\u00f1os acumulaba al menos <strong>11 infracciones previas<\/strong>, la mayor\u00eda vinculadas a <strong>exceso de velocidad<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n registraba dos multas por cruzar sem\u00e1foros en rojo.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistagente.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/El-textparrafo-60-1024x576.jpg.webp\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-656788\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Cinco personas murieron en un brutal choque sobre la Ruta 6, a la altura de San Vicente, luego de que una camioneta impactara contra un Peugeot 207. Foto: TN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Los datos surgieron del registro de actas asociadas a la patente de la camioneta <strong>Amarok V6 Extreme<\/strong> involucrada en el siniestro ocurrido el s\u00e1bado por la noche en el kil\u00f3metro 53 de la <strong>Ruta Provincial 6<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las multas por velocidad que ten\u00eda el conductor<\/h2>\n<p>Entre las infracciones registradas aparece una de las m\u00e1s graves: en marzo de 2025, la camioneta fue captada circulando a <strong>149,8 kil\u00f3metros por hora<\/strong> sobre la <strong>Ruta Nacional 9<\/strong>, a la altura de Baradero, en un tramo donde el m\u00e1ximo permitido era de 120.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n figuran reiteradas multas en distintos puntos de la provincia de Buenos Aires, entre ellos <strong>San Vicente<\/strong>, <strong>Presidente Per\u00f3n<\/strong>, Brandsen y Z\u00e1rate.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el detalle de las actas, la Amarok fue detectada:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>94,6 km\/h<\/strong> en una zona de 80 sobre RP 2, en Brandsen.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>83,4 km\/h<\/strong> en una zona de 60 sobre RP 58, en San Vicente.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>68,3 km\/h<\/strong> en una zona de 60 sobre RP 58, en San Vicente.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>88 km\/h<\/strong> donde el m\u00e1ximo era 60 sobre RP 6, en Z\u00e1rate.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>81,3 km\/h<\/strong> en una zona de 60 en Presidente Per\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>78 km\/h<\/strong> en otra zona limitada a 60 en Presidente Per\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>92,2 km\/h<\/strong> en un tramo de 80 sobre RP 210, en San Vicente.<\/li>\n<li>Y a <strong>98,5 km\/h<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n sobre RP 210, donde la m\u00e1xima permitida era de 80.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A ese listado se suman <strong>dos infracciones por no respetar sem\u00e1foros en rojo en Berazategui<\/strong>, ambas registradas sobre la avenida Presidente N\u00e9stor Kirchner y con apenas cinco d\u00edas de diferencia. De acuerdo con el c\u00e1lculo realizado sobre los montos visibles en las actas, la deuda acumulada superar\u00eda los <strong>4 millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La tragedia que conmocion\u00f3 a San Vicente<\/h2>\n<p>El choque ocurri\u00f3 cuando la Amarok impact\u00f3 desde atr\u00e1s a un <strong>Peugeot 207 <\/strong>que circulaba en direcci\u00f3n hacia Ca\u00f1uelas. En el auto viajaban <strong>Serafina Ben\u00edtez Caba\u00f1as<\/strong>, de 31 a\u00f1os; <strong>Juan An\u00edbal L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, de 29; <strong>Ninfa Ester Caba\u00f1as<\/strong>, de 49; y dos menores de edad: un beb\u00e9 de dos meses y una nena de 7 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La familia hab\u00eda salido desde Guernica porque <strong>buscaba atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para el beb\u00e9,<\/strong> que ten\u00eda fiebre.
