Una mujer de 36 a\u00f1os fue imputada por haber presentado una supuesta autorizaci\u00f3n ambiental falsa para realizar la pol\u00e9mica boda en la Quebrada de las Conchas, un \u00e1rea protegida donde este tipo de actividades requiere permisos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>La medida fue dispuesta por la fiscal penal Sandra Rojas, quien le atribuy\u00f3 de manera provisoria los delitos de falsificaci\u00f3n de instrumento p\u00fablico en concurso ideal con uso de documento falso. La acusada manifest\u00f3 que declarar\u00e1 por escrito dentro del plazo legal de 48 horas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo comenz\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El caso se inici\u00f3 el pasado 23 de marzo, cuando un agente de la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente detect\u00f3, durante un control de rutina sobre la Ruta Nacional 68, una estructura montada para un evento. En el lugar hab\u00eda escenario, iluminaci\u00f3n y equipos de sonido.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/042026\/1775842664489.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Al tratarse de una reserva natural, se solicit\u00f3 la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente. En ese momento se exhibi\u00f3 un documento en formato PDF que supuestamente hab\u00eda sido emitido por el organismo ambiental provincial.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las dudas surgieron r\u00e1pidamente. Tras consultar con las autoridades, se confirm\u00f3 que no exist\u00eda ning\u00fan permiso otorgado para esa actividad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las irregularidades detectadas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan consta en la causa, el documento presentado ten\u00eda varias inconsistencias:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un membrete institucional que no corresponde al actual<\/li>\n<li>Una firma que no pertenece a un funcionario autorizado<\/li>\n<li>Ausencia de registro oficial del tr\u00e1mite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El secretario de Ambiente, Alejandro Jos\u00e9 Aldaz\u00e1bal, tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 el hecho y desconoci\u00f3 la validez del documento, calific\u00e1ndolo como ap\u00f3crifo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avanza la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En paralelo a la imputaci\u00f3n, la Unidad Fiscal Contravencional contin\u00faa con la recolecci\u00f3n de pruebas.
