La Plata, 9 abril (NA) — Una mujer de 25 a\u00f1os fue arrestada en esta ciudad, acusada de ‘estafa, falsificaci\u00f3n de sellos, ejercicio ilegal de la abogac\u00eda y usurpaci\u00f3n de t\u00edtulo\u00bb, tras la denuncia presentada por una damnificada.<\/p>\n

La joven, identificada como Noelia Rajoy, se hac\u00eda pasar por empleada del poder judicial bonaerense y pose\u00eda un t\u00edtulo -supuestamente emitido por la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP)- para llevar a cabo distintos delitos relativos a esa actividad.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, la investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 a mediados del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando Rajoy fue denunciada por B.B., quien la acus\u00f3 de haber organizado de manera enga\u00f1osa una convocatoria, ofreciendo cargos en el poder judicial de la Provincia, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda organizado un falso llamado a examen para el ingreso al Poder Judicial Bonaerense, present\u00e1ndose como empleada judicial y abogada.<\/p>\n

En consecuencia, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal (MPF) dispuso la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas investigativas y en septiembre de 2025 secuestr\u00f3 en la vivienda de la acusada, ubicada en Olmos, distintos materiales de inter\u00e9s para la causa, adem\u00e1s de haber comprobado que la imputada no aparec\u00eda en el registro oficial de graduados de la UNLP, que figura en internet.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se estableci\u00f3 que la mujer hab\u00eda creo un mail falso, cuyo logo correspond\u00eda a AFIP, y a trav\u00e9s del mismo envi\u00f3 diferentes intimaciones por supuestas deudas a A. M. H. (56), el padre de su novio, quien hab\u00eda cobrado un premio cuando se jubil\u00f3, y aprovech\u00e1ndose y simulando ser abogada, le fue requiriendo varias sumas de dinero para cancelar distintas intimaciones, ascendiendo a un total de 31 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n

La causa est\u00e1 a cargo de la UFI N\u00famero 11, encabezada por el fiscal \u00c1lvaro Garganta, con intervenci\u00f3n del Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00famero 1 de La Plata, de Guillermo Atencio.<\/p>\n
