Buenos Aires, 9 abril (NA) \u2013 Universidad Central de Venezuela derrot\u00f3 a Libertad de Paraguay por 3-1 al t\u00e9rmino del partido que disputaron esta noche, en el estadio Ol\u00edmpico de la UCV, por la primera fecha del grupo H de la Copa Libertadores 2026.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan supo la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, el local gan\u00f3 con tantos del mediocampista Juan Cuesta, a los 29 minutos del primer tiempo, el delantero Yeiber Murillo, a los 42 del complemento, y el volante argentino Francisco Sol\u00e9, en el sexto minuto de descuento de la segunda etapa.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, para el conjunto paraguayo hab\u00eda marcado el empate parcial el delantero Lorenzo Melgarejo, a los 16 minutos del segundo tiempo.<\/p>\n

Con el triunfo, el elenco venezolano lidera el grupo con tres unidades, relegando a Libertad a la \u00faltima posici\u00f3n, sin puntos.<\/p>\n

El conjunto local abri\u00f3 el marcador a los 29 minutos de la primera parte, cuando Cuesta aprovech\u00f3 un rebote largo y centralizado dejado por el arquero Rodrigo Mor\u00ednigo para rematar ante el arco desprotegido, aunque Melgarejo empatar\u00eda el resultado a los 16 de la segunda mitad, con un cabezazo desde el borde del \u00e1rea chica que entr\u00f3 por el palo izquierdo del guardameta Giancarlo Schiavone.<\/p>\n

A los 42 minutos de la segunda mitad, luego de un centro desde la izquierda, Murillo apareci\u00f3 libre de marca por el segundo palo y empuj\u00f3 la pelota al gol, desde el \u00e1rea chica.<\/p>\n

Para sentenciar el triunfo, en el sexto minuto de descuento del segundo tiempo, el argentino Francisco Sol\u00e9 aprovech\u00f3 un penal y clav\u00f3 la pelota en el \u00e1ngulo izquierdo de Mor\u00ednigo, haciendo historia al conseguir una victoria en la primera disputa de una fase de grupos de Copa Libertadores del conjunto venezolano.<\/p>\n
