Seg\u00fan pudo saber <strong>El Tribuno<\/strong>, se dispuso custodia para el fiscal interviniente, su entorno familiar y tambi\u00e9n para familiares de las v\u00edctimas vinculadas a la causa, ante el riesgo que representa el detenido que a\u00fan permanece pr\u00f3fugo.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 durante la madrugada del s\u00e1bado, cuando Jonathan Jordan Peloc, de 41 a\u00f1os, y Jorge Miguel \u00c1ngel Fern\u00e1ndez, de 31, lograron escapar del pabell\u00f3n A1 del establecimiento. Horas m\u00e1s tarde, Fern\u00e1ndez fue recapturado, pero Peloc contin\u00faa pr\u00f3fugo, lo que mantiene en alerta a las fuerzas de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uscdn.eltribuno.com\/042026\/1775326381441.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un pr\u00f3fugo de alto riesgo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peloc no es un detenido m\u00e1s. Se encontraba con prisi\u00f3n preventiva por una causa de homicidio agravado por el uso de arma de fuego, vinculada a un crimen ocurrido en barrio Alta Tensi\u00f3n en noviembre de 2024. Su historial agrava la situaci\u00f3n: ya hab\u00eda estado pr\u00f3fugo durante m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o antes de ser capturado.<\/p>\n<p>Ese antecedente, sumado a la reciente evasi\u00f3n, encendi\u00f3 las alarmas en la investigaci\u00f3n y motiv\u00f3 medidas excepcionales de protecci\u00f3n. Fuentes cercanas al caso indicaron que el temor no es menor, tanto por el perfil del acusado como por la incertidumbre sobre su paradero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Custodia y medidas preventivas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, se decidi\u00f3 reforzar la seguridad no solo en torno al fiscal que lleva adelante la causa, sino tambi\u00e9n sobre su familia y personas cercanas a las v\u00edctimas. La medida busca prevenir cualquier tipo de intimidaci\u00f3n o situaci\u00f3n de riesgo mientras contin\u00faa la b\u00fasqueda del pr\u00f3fugo.<\/p>\n<p>El operativo para dar con Peloc sigue activo, con controles en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos, patrullajes intensivos, an\u00e1lisis de c\u00e1maras de seguridad y rastrillajes en distintas zonas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigaci\u00f3n en marcha<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En paralelo, se abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n interna para determinar c\u00f3mo fue posible la fuga desde un espacio bajo custodia estatal. El fiscal penal 1 del distrito Centro, Pablo Paz, encabeza las actuaciones y dispuso la intervenci\u00f3n de Criminal\u00edstica para relevar pruebas y reconstruir la mec\u00e1nica del escape.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pedido a la comunidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal reiteraron el pedido de colaboraci\u00f3n a la comunidad.
