En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que la expropiaci\u00f3n de la petrolera en 2012 se realiz\u00f3 \u201cconforme a derecho\u201d y en ejercicio de la soberan\u00eda estatal.<\/p>\n<p>El fallo fue dispuesto por la C\u00e1mara de Apelaciones del Segundo Circuito de Nueva York, que adem\u00e1s consider\u00f3 que YPF fue correctamente exculpada en el proceso de estatizaci\u00f3n.
