D\u00edas despu\u00e9s desapareci\u00f3 cuando se dirig\u00eda a la terminal y su cuerpo fue hallado 24 d\u00edas m\u00e1s tarde en el r\u00edo Paran\u00e1. La autopsia determin\u00f3 que muri\u00f3 por asfixia y que fue arrojado al agua sin vida.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, el joven fue detenido sin registro y trasladado a la comisar\u00eda 7\u00aa, donde habr\u00eda sido alojado en un calabozo conocido como \u201cla jaulita\u201d y sometido a torturas, que incluyeron golpes, amenazas y asfixia.<\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal Oral Federal en lo Criminal N\u00b02 de Rosario absolvi\u00f3 a 19 polic\u00edas en el juicio, pero la decisi\u00f3n fue apelada y la C\u00e1mara Federal orden\u00f3 dictar una nueva sentencia, seg\u00fan pudo saber la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso, el fiscal Fernando Arrigo hab\u00eda solicitado prisi\u00f3n perpetua para 14 de los acusados, penas menores para otros cuatro y la absoluci\u00f3n de uno de los efectivos. <\/p>\n<p>#AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 17 marzo (NA) \u2013 La Corte Suprema de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":14929,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14928","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
