{"id":11822,"date":"2026-02-16T12:59:55","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T15:59:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/la-cgt-confirmo-un-paro-general-sin-movilizacion-contra-la-reforma-laboral\/"},"modified":"2026-02-16T12:59:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T15:59:55","slug":"la-cgt-confirmo-un-paro-general-sin-movilizacion-contra-la-reforma-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/la-cgt-confirmo-un-paro-general-sin-movilizacion-contra-la-reforma-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"La CGT confirm\u00f3 un paro general sin movilizaci\u00f3n contra la reforma laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Confederaci\u00f3n General del Trabajo (CGT) realiz\u00f3 este lunes una reuni\u00f3n para definir la realizaci\u00f3n un paro general en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/politica\/reforma-laboral-sindicatos-anuncian-paro-y-movilizacion-cuando-el-proyecto-llegue-a-diputados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/politica\/reforma-laboral-sindicatos-anuncian-paro-y-movilizacion-cuando-el-proyecto-llegue-a-diputados\/\"><b>rechazo a la reforma laboral<\/b><\/a> que ya cuenta con media sanci\u00f3n del Senado y comenzar\u00e1 a tratarse esta semana en Diputados. <\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 de manera virtual desde las 11 y los trascendidos indican que ya se habr\u00eda definido la medida de fuerza: <b>paro general sin movilizaci\u00f3n<\/b>, seg\u00fan lo informado por Clar\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Previo al encuentro, Cristian Jer\u00f3nimo, uno de los tres jefes de la central sindical, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/politica\/trabajaremos-para-que-sea-una-gran-huelga-la-cgt-define-este-lunes-un-paro-nacional-de-24-horas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lavoz.com.ar\/politica\/trabajaremos-para-que-sea-una-gran-huelga-la-cgt-define-este-lunes-un-paro-nacional-de-24-horas\/\"><b>confirm\u00f3 que existen consensos colectivos para avanzar con la medida<\/b><\/a>. \u201cTrabajaremos para que sea una gran huelga\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el dirigente, quien enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de que los diputados rechacen el proyecto actual.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, <b>Jer\u00f3nimo<\/b> asegur\u00f3 que <b>\u201cest\u00e1n dadas las condiciones y generados los consensos <\/b>colectivos para ir hacia una huelga nacional\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>La CGT define este lunes un paro nacional <\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan adelant\u00f3 Clar\u00edn, la medida de fuerza se concretar\u00eda el mismo d\u00eda que Diputados tratar\u00e1 el proyecto, <b>sesi\u00f3n que todav\u00eda no tiene fecha<\/b>. El Gobierno pretend\u00eda liquidar el mi\u00e9rcoles pr\u00f3ximo la discusi\u00f3n en comisi\u00f3n y darle tratamiento en segunda lectura el jueves pr\u00f3ximo, pero ese objetivo est\u00e1 en dudas dada la conflictividad generada en tormo a los cambios en las licencias por enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>El cuestionamiento de la CGT se fundamenta en que consideran la reforma como un proceso \u201cregresivo\u201d y perjudicial para los trabajadores. Entre los puntos m\u00e1s objetados figuran los cambios en el sistema de indemnizaciones y la modificaci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n genera fuerte rechazo la propuesta de reducir al 50% el pago de salarios en casos de licencias por accidentes o enfermedades no laborales. Seg\u00fan un documento interno de la central, estas medidas afectan directamente el bolsillo del trabajador en situaciones de vulnerabilidad m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el gremio del Vidrio, Jer\u00f3nimo sostuvo que la iniciativa tiene una \u201ccarga ideol\u00f3gica\u201d que atenta contra derechos individuales y colectivos.
