{"id":7740,"date":"2025-11-28T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-28T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/la-corte-dejo-firme-la-perpetua-para-el-asesino-del-sacerdote-tucumano\/"},"modified":"2025-11-28T19:00:00","modified_gmt":"2025-11-28T22:00:00","slug":"la-corte-dejo-firme-la-perpetua-para-el-asesino-del-sacerdote-tucumano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/la-corte-dejo-firme-la-perpetua-para-el-asesino-del-sacerdote-tucumano\/","title":{"rendered":"La Corte dej\u00f3 firme la perpetua para el asesino del sacerdote tucumano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 28 noviembre (NA) \u2013 La Corte Suprema de Justicia dej\u00f3 firme la condena a prisi\u00f3n perpetua contra Jorge Leonardo Herrera por el homicidio agravado del p\u00e1rroco Oscar Ju\u00e1rez en Tucum\u00e1n, seg\u00fan consta en documentos a los que accedi\u00f3 la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.  <\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 14 de julio de 2020 en la residencia parroquial de la iglesia San Mart\u00edn de Porres, donde Ju\u00e1rez, de 67 a\u00f1os, fue atacado por Herrera, hijo de la secretaria administrativa del lugar, quien ingres\u00f3 empu\u00f1ando un arma blanca con la intenci\u00f3n de robar y matarlo para garantizar su impunidad.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la imputaci\u00f3n fiscal, el agresor aprovech\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima estaba de espaldas y le asest\u00f3 14 pu\u00f1aladas. Un d\u00eda antes, Ju\u00e1rez hab\u00eda entregado a su hermano unos 60 mil d\u00f3lares para que los resguardara.<\/p>\n<p>Herrera fue detenido a los pocos d\u00edas y en su domicilio se hallaron prendas manchadas con sangre, mientras que las c\u00e1maras de seguridad resultaron claves para situarlo en la escena en el horario del crimen, seg\u00fan pudo saber la Agencia Noticias Argentinas.<\/p>\n<p>Un tribunal integrado por los jueces Gustavo Aldo Romagnoli, Fabi\u00e1n Fradejas y Luis Morales Lezica lo conden\u00f3 a prisi\u00f3n perpetua.
