{"id":3707,"date":"2025-11-12T08:59:56","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T11:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/premian-a-una-investigadora-del-conicet-por-crear-un-metodo-para-que-las-plantas-resistan-las-olas-de-calor\/"},"modified":"2025-11-12T08:59:56","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T11:59:56","slug":"premian-a-una-investigadora-del-conicet-por-crear-un-metodo-para-que-las-plantas-resistan-las-olas-de-calor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/premian-a-una-investigadora-del-conicet-por-crear-un-metodo-para-que-las-plantas-resistan-las-olas-de-calor\/","title":{"rendered":"Premian a una investigadora del CONICET por crear un m\u00e9todo para que las plantas resistan las olas de calor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La investigadora del CONICET en el Instituto de Investigaciones Biol\u00f3gicas (IIB), Gabriela Pagnussat, fue galardonada por su innovador trabajo que busca desarrollar un m\u00e9todo para que las plantas resistan las olas de calor.<\/p>\n<p>Pagnussat recibi\u00f3 el Premio Nacional L\u2019Or\u00e9al-UNESCO \u201cPor las Mujeres en la Ciencia\u201d, que se entrega en Argentina desde hace 19 a\u00f1os y este reconocimiento le permitir\u00e1 avanzar en su investigaci\u00f3n acerca de una soluci\u00f3n biotecnol\u00f3gica ante el creciente problema del estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico en los cultivos.<\/p>\n<p>Las olas de calor son un desaf\u00edo para la agricultura debido a que por cada grado de aumento en la temperatura media global, se estima que se pierde entre el 3% y el 10% de la producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola y esto genera p\u00e9rdidas millonarias en lo relacionado al costo.<\/p>\n<p>La cient\u00edfica cont\u00f3 que su proyecto fue titulado \u00abHacia cultivos resistentes a las olas de calor: Activaci\u00f3n del factor de splicing SWAP mediante tecnolog\u00eda CRISPR-dCAS9\u00bb y que el mismo busca desarrollar l\u00edneas de plantas que puedan tolerar el estr\u00e9s por altas temperaturas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn el mundo, se pierden m\u00e1s de 40 mil millones de d\u00f3lares anuales de manera directa debido a este fen\u00f3meno\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Pagnussat, quien indic\u00f3 que su investigaci\u00f3n se centra en la modificaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de las plantas para que tengan una \u00abmemoria del estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico\u00bb, lo que les permitir\u00eda aclimatarse a las altas temperaturas desde su nacimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste premio nos abre una puerta enorme para corroborar los alcances de esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda tan prometedora\u00bb, dijo la cient\u00edfica, quien expres\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que este avance no solo tiene implicaciones para la agricultura, sino que podr\u00eda ser replicado en diversas especies vegetales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La investigadora del CONICET en el Instituto de Investigaciones Biol\u00f3gicas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3708,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3707","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
