{"id":3576,"date":"2025-11-11T18:59:48","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T21:59:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/mar-del-plata-dos-detenidos-por-una-estructura-de-juego-clandestino-usada-para-lavar-dinero\/"},"modified":"2025-11-11T18:59:48","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T21:59:48","slug":"mar-del-plata-dos-detenidos-por-una-estructura-de-juego-clandestino-usada-para-lavar-dinero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cuartetoenlaweb.com.ar\/sitio\/mar-del-plata-dos-detenidos-por-una-estructura-de-juego-clandestino-usada-para-lavar-dinero\/","title":{"rendered":"Mar del Plata: dos detenidos por una estructura de juego clandestino usada para lavar dinero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dos personas fueron detenidas en el Paso Fronterizo Tancredo Neves, en Puerto Iguaz\u00fa, cuando intentaban ingresar a Brasil, ambos se\u00f1alados como los m\u00e1ximos responsables de una estructura de juego clandestino que se utilizaba para lavar dinero, mientras que en paralelo se realiz\u00f3 una serie de allanamientos en Mar del Plata donde se decomisaron cientos de miles de d\u00f3lares y millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de los operativos impulsados por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional contra el crimen organizado, agentes del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA) llevaron adelante el procedimiento sobre la estructura que fue desarticulada la semana pasada.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaron fuentes policiales a la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, la organizaci\u00f3n operaba desde el barrio cerrado El Rumenc\u00f3, donde funcionaban los centros de gesti\u00f3n del sistema de juego ilegal y lavado de activos, informaci\u00f3n que se conoci\u00f3 gracias a la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada en julio de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La agrupaci\u00f3n obten\u00eda las divisas a trav\u00e9s de casinos online clandestinos y luego las reingresaba mediante \u201cmulas financieras\u201d: personas de bajos recursos que prestaban sus datos para abrir cuentas bancarias y digitales falsas, donde se depositaban y fragmentaban las ganancias il\u00edcitas, tal como estableci\u00f3 el Departamento Operaciones Contra el Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Narcotr\u00e1fico de la PFA.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los allanamientos, se encontraron dos cajas de seguridad pertenecientes a la madre y la hermana de dos de los principales imputados, adem\u00e1s, se incautaron 430 mil d\u00f3lares y 3,5 millones de pesos, adem\u00e1s de documentaci\u00f3n relevante para la causa.<\/p>\n<p>Los mencionados detenidos y el material secuestrado quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado interventor, en la causa por asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita y explotaci\u00f3n de juego clandestino.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dos personas fueron detenidas en el Paso Fronterizo Tancredo Neves,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3577,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3576","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
