Este caso podr\u00eda encuadrarse en un esc\u00e1ndalo judicial en la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia fue formulada por Miquelarena este mi\u00e9rcoles ante el fiscal general Omar Rodr\u00edguez y se puso a disposici\u00f3n en el marco del derecho de vindicaci\u00f3n previsto en la Constituci\u00f3n, el art\u00edculo 68, que refiere que todo funcionario p\u00fablico que se encuentre sospechado de participar en un hecho delictivo tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de presentarse para ser investigado y todo lo que surja del video.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme al escrito del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal provincial, al que accedi\u00f3 la Agencia Noticias Argentinas, la presentaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el marco del derecho de vindicaci\u00f3n que establece la Constituci\u00f3n, y tiene como objetivo que se lleve adelante una investigaci\u00f3n completa respecto de un video que en las \u00faltimas horas comenz\u00f3 a circular en redes sociales y en distintos portales informativos.<\/p>\n<p>El archivo en cuesti\u00f3n se identifica como \u00abun esc\u00e1ndalo que sacude a la Justicia de Chubut\u00bb y muestra a una persona de sexo femenino pagando $12 millones para acordar una condena. <\/p>\n<p>A partir de esta presentaci\u00f3n, el MPF anunci\u00f3 que se iniciar\u00e1n las actuaciones correspondientes \u201ccon el fin de analizar el contenido del material difundido y determinar las circunstancias del hecho\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se indic\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que la intervenci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 esclarecer lo sucedido a partir de una investigaci\u00f3n formal, garantizando el an\u00e1lisis integral de la informaci\u00f3n que actualmente se encuentra en circulaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. #AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos Aires, 12 marzo (NA) \u2013 El procurador general de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":14360,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14359","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pais"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
