Buenos Aires, 11 marzo (NA) \u2013 El presidente de la AFA, Claudio \u201cChiqui\u201d Tapia, se presentar\u00e1 este jueves a las 12 a declarar en los tribunales del Fuero Penal Econ\u00f3mico en el marco de la causa por la supuesta retenci\u00f3n de impuestos y aportes previsionales por 19.300 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n

La declaraci\u00f3n ante el juez en lo penal econ\u00f3mico Diego Amarante est\u00e1 prevista para las 12, luego de que este mi\u00e9rcoles hiciera lo propio el tesorero de la AFA, Pablo Toviggino, quien present\u00f3 un escrito como parte de la misma investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La investigaci\u00f3n busca determinar si existieron irregularidades en la retenci\u00f3n y pago de tributos vinculados al f\u00fatbol argentino, en un expediente que tambi\u00e9n alcanza a otros dirigentes de la AFA y que gener\u00f3 una fuerte repercusi\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito deportivo y pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n

La defensa de Tapia hab\u00eda solicitado sin \u00e9xito que se declarara la nulidad de su citaci\u00f3n a declaraci\u00f3n indagatoria.<\/p>\n

El juez tambi\u00e9n prohibi\u00f3 a ambos salir del pa\u00eds, a cuatro meses para el Mundial de Estados Unidos, aunque luego le otorg\u00f3 a Tapia el permiso correspondiente.<\/p>\n

QU\u00c9 SE INVESTIGA<\/p>\n

La causa investiga la supuesta apropiaci\u00f3n indebida de m\u00e1s de $19.353 millones correspondientes a retenciones impositivas y aportes de seguridad social entre marzo de 2024 y septiembre de 2025.<\/p>\n

Como parte de esta situaci\u00f3n, el pasado fin de semana hubo un paro del f\u00fatbol en todas las categor\u00edas en apoyo de los clubes a la AFA ante lo que consideran una iniciativa de c\u00e1racter pol\u00edtico impulsada por la gesti\u00f3n de Javier Milei en medio de la pugna por la puesta en marcha de las SAD (Sociedades An\u00f3nimas Deportivas), que el Gobierno promueve y Tapia y compa\u00f1\u00eda rechazan. #AgenciaNA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
